We collect the name, email address and telephone or WhatsApp number you provide directly so Kattima can discuss and respond to your enquiry. These contact fields are required for the online form. Optional information includes your company, delivery location, preferred date, garment requirements, notes and reference files. You can contact us directly instead of using the form. Please do not include identity documents, financial credentials or unnecessary sensitive information.
We use enquiry information to assess your requirements, prepare a quotation and communicate about the proposed project. Providing these details enables us to take the steps you request before a possible order. We also keep limited technical records to protect the form against abuse and duplicate submissions. A quotation enquiry does not place an order. This site does not collect payments, make automated eligibility decisions or subscribe you to marketing.
Enquiry records and reference files are restricted to authorised administrators. Notifications go to admin@fial.co.za, the shared administrative mailbox designated by Kattima; its use does not make FIAL the operator of this website. Your catalogue selections and requested options may be saved in this browser so the Quote List survives refreshes. Contact details, project notes, item notes and reference files are not placed in persistent browser storage. A language-preference cookie remembers English or French; administrator sign-in uses an authentication cookie. Switching language keeps an open form’s unsent details and files in memory. WhatsApp and directions links open separate services with their own privacy practices. No nonessential analytics or advertising trackers are enabled.
